Project Rules

These rules cover behavior that players should avoid, as well as possible consequences, like bans or account restrictions:

1. No Cheating or Using Hacks

  • What it means: Do not use third-party programs, bots, or hacks to manipulate the game or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Consequences: Accounts using cheats or hacks will be permanently banned.

2. Respect Other Players

  • What it means: Treat everyone with kindness. No bullying, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or nationality.
  • Consequences: Violators will receive warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity.

3. No Spamming

  • What it means: Do not flood chat with excessive or irrelevant messages, including advertisements for external sites or other games.
  • Consequences: Account will be muted temporarily or permanently banned if the behavior continues.

4. No Exploiting Bugs or Glitches

  • What it means: If you find a bug or glitch, report it to the game staff. Do not use them to your advantage.
  • Consequences: Exploiting bugs will lead to account suspension or even permanent banning.

5. No Scamming or Fraud

  • What it means: Do not trick or deceive other players into giving you items, zeny, or other assets through false promises or dishonest means.
  • Consequences: Account will be banned or permanently restricted, and stolen items will be returned to the victim if possible.

6. No Account Sharing or Selling

  • What it means: Do not share, sell, or buy accounts. Each account is meant to be used by one person only.
  • Consequences: Account will be locked, and ownership will be transferred to the original account creator.

7. No Impersonating Staff or Other Players

  • What it means: Do not pretend to be a game moderator, admin, or other players to deceive or intimidate others.
  • Consequences: Immediate ban and loss of account privileges.

8. Follow In-Game Naming Rules

  • What it means: No offensive, inappropriate, or misleading names for your character, guild, or pet. Keep names respectful.
  • Consequences: Character or guild names will be changed, and the player may face a temporary ban.

9. No Multiboxing or Using Multiple Accounts to Farm

  • What it means: Players should not use multiple accounts to automate farming or gain extra resources unfairly.
  • Consequences: Accounts used for multiboxing will be restricted or permanently banned.

10. No Disrupting Gameplay

  • What it means: Avoid activities that disrupt other players’ experiences, such as blocking access to quest areas or intentionally causing problems during events.
  • Consequences: Temporary suspension or permanent ban for severe disruptions.

11. No Unauthorized Trading or Real Money Transactions

  • What it means: Do not trade in-game items or currency for real money (RMT). This is a violation of the game’s economy and rules.
  • Consequences: Account will be banned, and any real-money trades will be voided.

12. No Third-Party Software for Communication

  • What it means: Do not use third-party software (such as chat tools) to disrupt or manipulate the game.
  • Consequences: Account suspension or permanent ban, depending on the severity.

13. Use of Offensive Language

  • What it means: No swearing, inappropriate language, or offensive content in chat, including guild names and player names.
  • Consequences: Mute or temporary suspension, escalating to a permanent ban for severe or repeated offenses.

14. No False Reporting or Abuse of the Reporting System

  • What it means: Don’t misuse the game’s reporting system to falsely accuse other players of wrongdoing or abuse it in any way.
  • Consequences: Account may be temporarily or permanently restricted based on the false reports.

15. Respect the Game’s Economy

  • What it means: Manipulating or artificially inflating the game economy (e.g., hoarding or price-fixing) is prohibited.
  • Consequences: Account restrictions or bans depending on the severity of the economic disruption.

16. Participate Fairly in Events

  • What it means: Engage in events, quests, and PvP in a fair manner, following the guidelines set by the event rules.
  • Consequences: Disqualification from the event, suspension, or permanent banning for severe violations.

17. No Griefing or Trolling

  • What it means: Deliberately causing frustration for other players, whether by killing them repeatedly or intentionally disrupting their gameplay, is not allowed.
  • Consequences: Temporary bans, with permanent bans for repeat offenders.

18. Account Responsibility

  • What it means: Players are responsible for the security of their own accounts. If your account is compromised due to weak passwords or negligence, you may not be able to recover items or zeny lost due to theft.
  • Consequences: No recovery of stolen items or account privileges in the case of account compromise.
