This issue occurs when the Visual C++ Redistributables by Microsoft are not installed. Please download the necessary libraries from the official Microsoft website or from this link.

Text in the game too small

HiDPI monitors and older game technology can cause display issues. To fix this, right-click on client.exe → Properties → Compatibility → Scaling → select "System Enhanced". Then, try again. Please note, this solution will only work in windowed mode.

Lags (not network one) in the game

Laptops with older Intel Ultra HD graphics cards from the 06-10 generations of Intel mobile processors may experience lag. If you have a laptop with an Intel processor and a separate graphics adapter, you can try using anacondaq.dll or DegooVoodoo for Ragnarok. These tools can help force the game to run on your dedicated graphics card instead of the integrated CPU graphics.
